Introduction

The cPanel-provided statistics generators are enabled or disabled globally. However, if the generators are available for users, individual cPanel accounts can be configured to enable or disable the generators for each site on the account.

Procedure

1. Log into WHM as the 'root' user.
2. Navigate to "Home / Server Configuration / Statistics Software Configuration."
3. Ensure that the three "Available to Users" checkboxes under "Generators Configuration" are selected.
4. Click the "Save" button under "Generators Configuration."
5. Click the "Choose Users" button under "User Permissions."
6. Select the username of the account from the "Available Users" menu.
7. Click the "Add" button.
8. Log into the cPanel user's account.
9. Open the "Metrics Editor" application.
10. Select or deselect the generators as needed.
11. Click the "Save" button.
