The Awstats "Update now" option is missing for users to manually update Awstats Print

Why is the "Update now" option missing in Awstats?

Answer

For this option to be available, the setting "Allow users to update Awstats from cPanel" needs to be enabled in "WHM / Server Configuration / Tweak Settings" under the "Stats and Logs " tab.

Please note that if the "Update now" option still does not appear for a domain in Awstats after enabling this setting, a manual update of the user's stats needs to be run.
