Symptoms
When attempting to ELevate from CloudLinux 8 to CloudLinux 9, you receive an ELevate Blocker regarding ea-php##-php-redis packages resembling the following.

One or more EasyApache 4 package(s) are not compatible with CloudLinux 9.
Please remove these packages before continuing the update.

Description
The ELevate script generates a blocker stating that ea-php##-php-redis packages are unsupported on CloudLinux 9, despite these packages being available from the same repository on both operating systems.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-50193. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Remove the package(s) and reinstall after ELevate has been performed.
