Symptoms
Updates to cPanel v11.134.0.23 fail due to the following error:

Cause
An important Exim update is intended to be included as part of v11.134.0.23. More information on this can be found here:

An issue was present in the initial upload to the cpanel-exim package that prevented download from our mirrors. We have addressed the issue and made the package available once again.
Resolution
If the update had failed, please attempt to run the update again:
