Symptoms
After changing the IP address of a cPanel account that has a Temporary domain, you find that within the WHM // Show or Delete Current IP Addresses interface. you find that the previous IP address cannot be removed from the server. Within this interface the "Delete" tab isn't present for the previous IP address.

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-52134. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
The previous IP address can be removed the server after the IP address pool is rebuilt. For information on how to do this please see the article below:
