Why is the "Submit a Support Request" interface missing in cPanel 118 and later?
Answer
As of December 18, 2023, cPanel Technical Support no longer offers complimentary support to users who do not own licenses purchased directly from cPanel (”Indirect” customers). These users will instead see messaging directing them to their license provider for technical support when attempting to submit a ticket to Technical Support.
