When trying to activate the cPanel license, you are receiving a generic failure such as the one below:

Description
This should be resolved as of 12:30PM CDT -500. The auth.cpanel.net servers experienced an overloaded event leading to false failures being returned via the License check. We have modified automation on these servers to prevent this behavior moving forward.
