Symptoms
Apache Status in WHM displays "Failed to receive status information from Apache. Unable to connect to local httpd server." after upgrading to v136 even though the Apache service is running normally.
Cause
The /var/cpanel/whm_server_status_key file is not being rebuilt when updating to v136. We have opened a case with our developers to review this behavior further. The case ID is CPANEL-53901 and any updates to this case will be posted to our change logs.

Resolution
Rebuild the httpd.conf file and restart Apache.
