Symptoms

An account does not receive disk quota notifications when near its quota.

 

Description

This can be caused by disk quota notifications being disabled for the reseller that owns the account.

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-52736. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product. 

 

Workaround

There is no workaround to address this behavior. However, disk quota notifications can be enabled for the reseller user via cPanel.

cPanel / Preferences / Contact Information

The following setting needs to be checked.
