Symptoms
When creating an account or adding a domain to an account with a dedicated IP address. You find that domains created with the Temporary Domains feature have domains referencing the main IP address and, as a result, are pointed to the server's main IP address instead of the assigned dedicated IP address.
This, in turn, leads to the temporary domains loading a suspended webpage as they are out of sync with what is configured in the virtual host for the domain.

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-49590. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Currently we have no workaround to prevent this behavior.
