Symptoms
When creating an account through WHMAPI or using WHMCS and selecting a package with a value set for "Max WordPress Websites", it is created with the default of Unlimited instead.
Description
The WHMAPI function createacct does not set values for the setting "Max WordPress Websites" as part of its operations. This causes the package value to not be applied during creation.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-49375. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
You can apply the package value using the WHM interface "Home / Modify an Account" after it's created. Until a fix for this has been released, accounts should be created through the WHM interface instead of the API to automatically apply the value.
