Symptoms
When Analog, Awstats, or Webalizer are disabled in "WHM / Tweak Settings / Stats Programs" tab, the "Available to Users" and "Active by Default" settings can still be enabled and saved in "WHM / Statistics Software Configuration".
Description
The "Available to Users" and "Active by Default" settings can still be enabled in "WHM / Statistics Software Configuration" with no warning that indicates stats programs are not installed or are disabled. This will also result in new stats not being processed - which may result in confusion when cPanel users view Analog, Awstats, or Webalizer interfaces in cPanel.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-48418. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Enable desired stats program(s) in "WHM / Tweak Settings / Stats Programs" tab.
