Symptoms
After converting to CloudLinux 10, attempting to install cPanel will fail with the following:
2026-02-04 11:11:31 427 [6861] (ERROR): cPanel, L.L.C. does not support CloudLinux version 10.
2026-02-04 11:11:31 428 [6861] (ERROR): cPanel & WHM does not support the version of the Linux distribution you are running. You will need to install on one of the supported versions of a Linux distribution listed at https://go.cpanel.net/supported-os

2026-02-04 11:11:31 429 [6861] (FATAL): Please reinstall cPanel & WHM from a valid distribution.
Cause
The cPanel installer was recently updated to include CloudLinux 10, but the installer fails, stating CloudLinux 10 is not supported.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-51397. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Resolution
The issue has been resolved.
