Symptoms
Attempting to install both mod_suphp and mod_suexec through the EasyApache 4 interface reports a conflict between the two.
The following conflicts are installed on this machine. They will be removed as part of this package selection:

mod_suphp
Cause
There were conflicting configuration files shared between the two packages after an update to versions ea-apache24-mod_suexec-2.4.65-4.5.1 and ea-apache24-mod_suphp-0.7.2-38.46.2. These configuration files were removed from the mod_suphp package, but the EasyApache 4 interface still reports a conflict.
Resolution
The issue has been fixed by our developers in EA4 version 25.51. The case EA4-242 where the issue was reported is now fixed and documented in our EA4 changelog.
Warning: CloudLinux repositories do not yet provide the latest ea-apache24 version.
If your server is running CloudLinux, please make sure to use the below command for the installation.
dnf install ea-apache24-mod_suexec ea-apache24-mod_suphp
