Symptoms
When accessing the Market Provider Manager menu in WHM, the following error is shown:
API failure: (XID u87v2r) 1 error occurred: Error #1: The cPanel Store previously returned an error (X::UnlicensedIP) on December 4, 2025, 8:53:52 AM UTC in response to the request “GET products/cpanel/4?version=11.132.0”: The remote ip address, 162.158.175.34, is not licensed.
Cause
The IP address shown in the error is a Cloudflare IP address and not the server's IP address. The issue does not relate to a server's current license status.
The issue causing this should be resolved now. Please use the workaround if still seeing the error message.
Resolution
Move aside the /var/cpanel/market/cpstore_products.cache file.
