Symptoms
As of cPanel version 132, some locales prevent the ability to create subdomains.
Description
A change has occurred that has prevented some locales from impacting the creation of the domains, resulting in a delay of the creation response or an error notification.
Workaround
A fix for CPANEL-50272 has been released in cPanel v132.0.14. After upgrading to this version, further actions are required.
