Partners Unable to Submit Support Tickets from within WHM Print

Symptoms

When you attempt to submit a ticket from WHM, you receive a message similar to the following.

Restricted Feature
This feature is only available if you have purchased a license directly from cPanel.

 

Description

On December 18, 2023, cPanel terminated complimentary ticket support. Because of this, tickets may only be submitted from WHM if the server has a license directly through cPanel, L.L.C., and not through a PartnerNOC.

 

Workaround

Partners must submit tickets through the Manage 2 interface.
